Refund policy
Customized items are final sale, because we make it specially for you! If you have any problems with your order please email us at info@ellieandmila.com
Ready to ship items (anything that is not customized), may be requested to be returned within 7 days. Items must be in unused and unworn condition with tags still attached. Please email us if you need to return or exchange an item, and we will issue a return label. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs. When a returned item is received and approved, the customer will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s), less any shipping fees incurred to send the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All sale items are final. We do not accept returns for sale items.
Lost/delayedpackages - Ellie + Mila is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the courier company and file a claim if your package is lost. Unfortunately, once we hand the package off to the courier, we no longer have control over your package.
