Ready to ship items (anything that is not customized), may be requested to be returned within 7 days. Items must be in unused and unworn condition with tags still attached. Please email us if you need to return or exchange an item, and we will issue a return label. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Lost packages - Ellie + Mila is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the courier company and file a claim if your package is lost. Unfortunately, once we hand the package off to the courier, we no longer have control over your package.
