Customized items are final sale, because we make it specially for you! If you have any problems with your order please email us at info@ellieandmila.com

Ready to ship items (anything that is not customized), may be returned within 7 days. Items must be in unused and unworn condition with tags still attached. Please email us if you need to return or exchange an item, and we will issue a return label. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We always recommend to gently hand wash your denim custom jacket to ensure patches remain in excellent condition! Avoid the washer/dry. Hang or lay flat to dry

Our jackets run true to size, please refer to our size chart

We always try to accommodate all names. If the name does not fit on the top of the jacket we are able to fit a longer name by arranging it in a rainbow position or at the bottom of the jacket. 

Normal turn around time for custom items, is between 1-2 weeks. Ready to ship items ship within 2 business days. If you need your items quicker, please purchase the rush order fee located at the bottom of the product page for denim jackets, or at check out for ready to ship items.
